Voicemail Greeting Reset

Press the envelope button or dial your extension

Enter your password and then press pound

Press 1 to get to your voicemail portal

Press 2 to change the busy greeting and then press 1 to record a new busy greeting. press * to exit the menu

Press 3 to change your no answer greeting and then press 1 to record a new no answer greeting. press * to exit the menu

Press 4 to change your extended away greeting and then press 3 to record a new extended away greeting. press * to exit the menu

When finished you can hang up the phone and all of your settings will save.
