How To: Fix VPN Server Certificate Error
Symptom
Error message received when attempting to VPN
Resolutions
Option 1 - Update Portal Address
Option 2 - Uninstall / Re-Install client
2. Navigate to where you saved the file (ie Windows Explorer > Downloads)
3. Extract (right-click the downloaded file > Extract All…). A new Windows Explorer window should pop up automatically after Extraction
4. Run the GlobalProtectVPN_Fix.bat as Administrator (Right-Click the file > “Run As Administrator”)
